Dark Blood ?

Got this from the boss - last solo dg in daily quest in Deadlands.



What is it for ?

What is Harmony Stone ?

And the NPC, Parakel, black handed alchemist dont exist...

Any ideas ?

This is an item wich is part if thew new gem/powder/socket system wich was taken out in last minute because it was bugged as hell.
It seems that the system itself was removed but the drops needed for it wasn't deactivated.
Also u can see infos to this when u hover over a normal gem in your inventory saying something about powder.
