I tried for about 1 month to come into the event in Space of Pilgrimage where the spirit mobs drop Dark Roshu...
But, that event never came... Do anyone know more about this?
Should something be done to get the event starting?

It's an event... its starts randomly on random shard.
If you are on Space of Pilgrimage map (and Aquirai Ruins map?), you will observe message that tells you something about the event that will start in 5 minutes (...collecting Dark Roshu, bla, bla, bla...).
In next 30 to 60 mins (not sure), 'spirit' mobs on the largest island drop 'Dark Roshu' randomly. When you collect 5 of those, run to the Incarnation of Hellion NPC in the center and exchange (after answering numerous questions) them for 'Ruby Eye', which is essentially a pass-through for the Quilue Rhianna instance 'dungeon'.
Unused Dark Roshus will expire after hour or two...
Ruby Eye does NOT expire, regardless what it says, so you can do the dungeon whenever you want (only 1 party member needs it to start the instance). And, while you are collecting Dark Roshus, bear in mind that maximum 5 Ruby Eyes can be exchanged per event.
